We can produce up to 60 barrels per week (over 4,000 pints) and take pride in being a producer of quality, prize-winning, traditional beers – and while the new team haven’t won any awards yet, we are looking forward to continuing the tradition with the same award-winning recipes.
Most of our beer is cask conditioned (real ale), and we also sell part of our range in bottles (bottle conditioned) both direct, through local farm shops and off-licenses, as well as local markets and fairs.
Our beers are brewed from natural ingredients with no additives. We use locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, including our own spring water. We have a range of permanent beers available throughout the year, as well as a selection of seasonal beers and even some event-specific beers, for example to help promote Silverton Street market which is on the first Saturday of August.
